Our Staff:

This stability and continuity enhances our ability to provide quality care to our patients.

Front Desk/Administrative/Insurance
Phylis began working for Dr. Farley in 1988 as a dental assistant and then migrated to our front desk where she works full-time. A few years ago, Phylis began a second business in permanent makeup called Soft Strokes, which she runs and operates part-time. Phylis’s daughter is a counseling professional in Oklahoma, and her son owns his own business in Oklahoma.
Melissa joined our practice in 2018 and works both as a hygienist and front desk administrator. Melissa graduated from hygiene school at Midwestern State University in 2007 and earned her Masters Degree in Public Health in 2014. She has experience working for the Oklahoma Dental Foundation (ODF) on the ‘MobileSmiles’ dental van and in the ODF administration. She lives in Guthrie with her wonderful husband, Garland. They have three sweet daughters.
Shelley has been a patient in this office for over 35 years so she can speak with authority when she says this is the best place for dental care in Edmond! An Edmond native, Shelley lives with her husband, Eric, on a family farm in Guthrie, surrounded by extended family. A favorite day would include spending time with their three adult daughters and their families, traveling to stay somewhere fun with Eric, or connecting with cherished friends over coffee. She loves getting to know our patients and their families, and she is realizing how valuable that connection can be to the overall experience of excellent patient care!
